CGI Test-Footage of a Thundercats movie!

Several sources have now confirmed that the footage below is indeed test-CGI and motion-capture from 2007 of a proposed Thundercats movie that never got made (subsequently, the upcoming show for Cartoon Network is unrelated).

The style looks about right, and furthers my theory that that cartoon or comic movies will eventually all be mo-cap/CGI amalgams because of the greater amount of cost effective ways to increase the action without breaking the bank trying to blend practical FX and actors against a green screen.

In this movie's case, it appears that the reason it was never made is simple: Lion-O is a giant pussy.
